What this integration does
Elanbord is a prospecting and scheduling tool. Once your Zoom account is connected, Elanbord creates a Zoom meeting on your own Zoom account every time someone books a time slot on your Elanbord booking page. The join link is placed in the confirmation e-mail sent to the attendee and stored on the booking.
Elanbord never joins, records or controls meetings. It does not read recordings, transcripts, chat messages, participant lists, contacts or your existing calendar.
Requirements
- An Elanbord account on elanbord.com.
- A Zoom account allowed to create meetings. A Zoom Basic account is enough.
- Permission from your Zoom account owner or administrator if your organisation restricts app installation.
Adding the app
- Sign in to Elanbord and open Dashboard → Calendar.
- Open the Settings tab, then the Integrations section.
- On the Zoom card, click Connect. You are redirected to Zoom.
- Review the requested permissions on the Zoom consent screen and click Allow.
- Zoom redirects you back to Elanbord. The Zoom card now shows the connected account e-mail address.
Connecting also selects Zoom as the video provider of your booking page if no provider was set yet, so meetings start being created straight away.
Permissions requested. Elanbord asks for two scopes and no others:
user:read:user: read your own Zoom profile (user id and account e-mail) so the meeting is created on the right account and so Elanbord can show which account is connected.meeting:write:meeting: create a meeting on your account when one of your bookings is confirmed.
Using the app
- Share your Elanbord booking page with a prospect.
- The prospect picks a date and a time slot and submits the form.
- Elanbord creates a Zoom meeting on your account at the booked date and time, in the time zone of the booking, for the booked duration.
- The attendee receives a confirmation e-mail containing the date, the time, the duration and the join link.
- The join link is also stored on the booking, visible in your Elanbord calendar.
If a booking is cancelled from Elanbord, the matching Zoom meeting is deleted from your account so no orphan meeting is left behind.
If Zoom is temporarily unreachable, the booking is still recorded and the confirmation e-mail is still sent, without a join link. Nothing is lost.
Removing the app
Either method fully revokes access. Both delete the stored credentials.
From Elanbord: open Dashboard → Calendar → Settings → Integrations and click Disconnect on the Zoom card. Your access token, refresh token, Zoom user id and Zoom account e-mail are deleted immediately.
From Zoom: sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace, open Manage → Added Apps, find Elanbord and click Remove. Zoom notifies Elanbord through the deauthorization event, and Elanbord deletes the stored credentials on receipt.
Meetings already created stay on your Zoom account. Delete them from Zoom if you no longer need them.
Data handling
- Stored: OAuth access token, refresh token, token expiry, Zoom user id, Zoom account e-mail, and the join link of meetings created for your bookings.
- Protection: tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM; all traffic uses TLS 1.2 or above; tokens are never sent to the browser.
- Retention: credentials are kept while the integration is connected, and deleted immediately on disconnection, on Zoom deauthorization, or when the Elanbord account is deleted.
- Not collected: recordings, transcripts, participant lists, chat messages, contacts, calendars or any meeting media.
- Sharing: Zoom data stays on Elanbord infrastructure, hosted in the European Union, and is never sold or shared with third parties.

Troubleshooting
The Zoom card still says « Not connected ». Reload the page. If it persists, disconnect and connect again.
No join link in the confirmation e-mail. Check that the meeting type of your booking page is set to video and that Zoom is the selected provider, in Dashboard → Calendar → Settings.
Meetings stopped being created. The Zoom authorisation may have been revoked from the Zoom side. Reconnect from the Integrations section.
